View schedule services
- Login in the Smart Security Platform.
- On the left hand pane click 'Properties' then 'Property Search' and find the required property
- Click on the property and then click 'View schedules' button
- The property job Schedules page will then load
- You can now view all of the scheduled jobs/visits for this property
Add, Amend, or Cancel Scheduled Services
- Follow steps 1 to 4 above
- Click on 'Add/Amend schedule' button
- A form will then popup
- Select the type of request this can be
- Add a new schedule service
- Amending a existing scheduled service
- Cancel a schedule service
- Follow the steps on the form
- Once submitted one of the team will be in contact
