This guide will walk you through the steps to book a service using the property calendar. Follow these simple steps to efficiently schedule and manage your property-related tasks.
Book a Job
- Log In and Access Property Calendar: Log into the client platform using your credentials, then navigate to the ‘Properties’ section and select ‘Property Calendar’.
- Select Property: From the dropdown menu within the Property Calendar, choose the property associated with the job you want to amend.
- Choose Date and Add Job: Navigate to the date you require a shift and proceed by clicking ‘Add Job’.
- Provide Job Details: Fill in the specific job details, such as the start and end times, and include any additional instructions if needed.
- Request Booking: To finalise the process, confirm your booking by clicking ‘Request Job Booking’.
- View Your Booking: After completing the steps, return to the Property Calendar to view your newly scheduled job.
Amend Job
- Log In and Access Property Calendar: Log into the client platform using your credentials, then navigate to the ‘Properties’ section and select ‘Property Calendar’.
- Select Property: From the dropdown menu within the Property Calendar, choose the property associated with the job you want to amend.
- Locate the Job: Locate the desired job on the Property Calendar, hover over it, and click the ‘Amend’ icon represented by a notepad and pen.
- Make Amendment: Clicking the Amend icon will open a pop-up window, displaying the job's current details, where you can edit job times as necessary.
- Confirm the Amendment: Review the changes made in the pop-up window and confirm them by clicking the ‘Confirm’ button.
- Amended Job on Calendar: After confirming, the job's details will be updated, and the amended information will now be visible on the Property Calendar for reference.
Copy Job
- Log in and Access Property Calendar: Log into the client platform using your credentials, then navigate to the ‘Properties’ section and select ‘Property Calendar’.
- Select Property: From the dropdown menu within the Property Calendar, choose the property associated with the job you want to copy.
- Locate the Job: Locate the desired job on the Property Calendar, hover over it, and click the ‘Copy’ icon.
- Select Relevant Dates: Select the dates you wish to copy the job to on the Property Calendar.
- Confirm the Copy: Confirm the duplication process to proceed.
- Copied Jobs on Calendar: The duplicated jobs will be visible on the Property Calendar after confirmation.
Cancel
- Log in and Access Property Calendar: Log into the client platform using your credentials, then navigate to the ‘Properties’ section and select ‘Property Calendar’.
- Select the Relevant Property: From the dropdown menu within the Property Calendar, choose the property associated with the job you want to cancel.
- Locate the Job: Locate the desired job on the Property Calendar, hover over it, and click the ‘Cancel’ icon.
- Initiate Cancellation: Clicking on the Cancel button will open a cancellation window.
- Confirm Cancellation and Provide Details: Inside the cancellation window, you'll be prompted to confirm the cancellation. Additionally, you may need to provide a reason for the cancellation.
- Cancelled Job on the Calendar: After confirming the cancellation, the job will be marked as cancelled on the Property Calendar.
