- Navigate to our client portal
- Navigate to the view bookings page
- If required, filter the date to locate the relevant job (our portal displays jobs up to 30 days in advanced)
- Click the next to the relevant job.
- You can request a cancellation or amendment accordingly.
* Note, a cancellation is processed immediately, but an amendment must be confirmed by the attending officer. If the requested amendment cannot be fulfilled, the job will remain booked at its original time.
