You can cancel jobs directly in the Smart Security Platform up to 6 hours before they are due to start. Please note that once requested, cancellations are processed immediately.
- Sign in to the Smart Security Platform (if you don't have a login yet, create an account here).
- Select the View jobs page.
- If required, filter the date to locate the relevant job (please note our platform displays jobs up to 30 days in advanced)
- Click the
next to the relevant job. - Select 'Cancel Job'.
- Let us know why you would like to cancel the job.
7. You will receive a cancellation e-mail to confirm your job cancellation.
