Set up your login
If you’re a contact on one of our accounts or properties, you can create your own login.
- Go to platform.keyholding.com/sign-up (or select Set up access on the sign-in page).
- Enter your email address and your first and last name, then select Sign up. Use the same email address we already hold for you, such as the one we send job reports to. A different address won’t be recognised.
- You’ll see a Check your email message. This appears whatever the outcome, so check your inbox (and junk folder) for the next step.
If we recognise your email address
We’ll create your login straight away and email you a link to set your password.
- If you’re a contact for an account, you’ll see all the properties on that account.
- If you’re a contact for specific properties, you’ll see those properties only.
Need access to more accounts or properties? Ask your account admin, or contact us.
If we don’t recognise your email address
We won’t create a login, and you won’t get a password email. Our team will email you to confirm who you are and what you need access to. Once we’ve confirmed this, you’ll get the password email.
If you already have a login
Signing up again won’t send you anything. Use Forgot password on the sign-in page instead.
If you see “Unable to register”
