Sign in to the Smart Security Platform. If you don't have a login, create an account here.
In the left-hand menu, go to Jobs → Request jobs.
Step 1 — Choose quantity Use the + and − buttons to set how many jobs you want to book in this session (up to 100).
Step 2 — Select a property Click the Property dropdown. Start typing to search and filter your properties by name or address. Select the property you need. If the property isn't listed, click + Add new property to add it first. You can clear your selection at any time using the × icon.
Step 3 — Select a service Choose the type of job from the Service dropdown. Available options include Alarm Call, External Patrol, Internal Patrol, Lock/Unlock, Key Collection/Delivery, Site Survey, and more.
Step 4 — Choose when Select your preferred appointment type:
- ASAP — attend immediately. Some services (like Alarm Call) are ASAP only.
- At — enter a specific date and time for the visit.
- Between — enter a start and end date/time window. We recommend this option where possible, as it gives us more flexibility to accommodate your request.
Step 5 — Confirm the job Click Confirm. The job will appear in the Your Booking panel on the right. From there you can:
- Click Edit to go back and change any details
- Click Copy to duplicate the job
- Click × to remove it
- Click Add job to book another job in the same session (repeat steps 2–5)
Step 6 — Complete job details and submit When you're happy with all jobs in your booking, click Next. On the following page, fill in any required service-specific fields (these vary by service type — for example, an Alarm Call will ask for the alarm type, activation type and status). You can also add an optional Purchase Order number and any additional instructions for the attending officer. Click Request booking to submit.
You'll see a confirmation and your booking will appear under Jobs → View jobs.
