Within the Key Holding Company platform, an occurrence represents a specific, recordable event. Within Command, there are several categories of occurrence. The Command product supports the active management of occurrences categorised as incidents, intelligence or device faults.
Incident occurrences relate to security events that are currently taking place, or have already taken place, at a site and require active management.
Intelligence occurrences capture information indicating a potential risk of an incident occurring at a site in the future.
Device fault occurrences record issues raised with devices used to maintain or support the security of a site.
Additional occurrence types include Admin, Workforce Management, and Patrols. These occurrence types cannot be managed within the Command product.
