When a password is entered wrong on CHASE more than 3 times, the user becomes locked. This can be quickly unlocked using the operative tab on the partner profile screen:
1. Services and Partners > Service Partner - Select company name from the list
2. On the Service Partner Page select Operatives and then All Operatives to show all of your CHASE users and select the user who is locked out
3. Once their name is highlight, click Unlock User in the bar just at the top of the list of operatives
