Why has this been introduced?
The new Real-Time Notification feature in Chase will streamline allocation for unassigned response jobs, significantly reducing response time and ensuring a prompt and efficient service for our customers. This update is part of our commitment to improving service quality and providing timely assistance to our customers.
How does it work?
The feature works seamlessly within the Chase platform, keeping you informed about available jobs that require immediate action. Here are the key points:
- Notification Alert: When a response job becomes available and is unassigned, you will receive a notification alert on the Chase platform. This comes in the form of a pop-up box and a 30-second alert noise.
- Immediate Action: The notification will appear in the middle of your screen, requiring you to take immediate action.
- Job Acceptance and Allocation: Upon receiving the notification, you must then action it within Chase, either accepting and allocating the job to your officers or declining it.
- Job Progress: Once you have accepted the job, you can proceed with completing it, while the system tracks the progress and provides updates as necessary.
In order for this process to continue smoothly, it is essential for you to regularly monitor your Chase account to stay updated and enable you to promptly respond to any job notifications. Remember - you can customise your notification settings to make sure you're on top of things.
