If for any reason you have been unable to use the Chase mobile application, you can complete a job manually in our web portal using the 'Process Job' button on the Ops Controller Screen.
- Navigate to the Ops Controller Screen
- Click in the in-progress tab
- Select the job you would like to complete manually
- Click the 'Process Job' button at the top of the window.
- Fill the on/off asset times on the right hand side of the screen
- Complete the workflow questions on the left hand side of the screen.
- Finish Job.
