Before deploying our service partners, TKC verifies that these essential facilities are available, as we do not accept assignments where such facilities are absent.
Key Welfare Facilities for Security Guards:
Shelter: Security officers must have access to suitable shelter, particularly when stationed outdoors or in areas susceptible to environmental elements. This could include portable cabins, dedicated security booths, or indoor facility access. Providing shelter safeguards officers from adverse weather and underscores our commitment to their welfare.
- Rest and Break Areas: It is essential for security guards to have a designated area to rest and take breaks. This space should be clean, comfortable, and temperature-controlled to suit environmental conditions.
- Toilet Facilities: Security personnel must have access to adequate, clean toilet facilities. These should be conveniently located, well-maintained, and ensure privacy.
- Washing Facilities: Guards need access to clean washing facilities equipped with sinks, hot and cold water, soap, and hand-drying equipment. Depending on the assignment, shower facilities might also be necessary.
- Drinking Water: Security officers should always have access to clean drinking water during their shifts, provided through taps, water coolers, or bottled water, depending on the available site facilities.
