You'll have noticed something different when you signed in - we've got a new name and a fresh look. Here's a quick rundown of what's changed and where to find things.
A new home page
When you sign in, you see a redesigned home page built to orient users in our new platform and provide a snapshot of the estate at a glance. It includes:
- Headline statistics and a graph relevant to your service mix front and centre, so you can get a sense of how things stand without digging into individual reports.
- Recent views and actions links - an easy way to navigate back to commonly used pages and specific views within the platform.
- Service carousel - at the bottom of the page, we surface key pages relevant to your service mix so you can easily navigate to them or discover new capabilities.
A new way to navigate
We've moved from navigation organised around product names to navigation organised around what you're trying to do. The new menu groups everything by task, not by product. This way users no longer have to understand our service naming conventions. If you’re looking for a specific page, a full navigation breakdown can be found at the bottom of this article.

| Organise | Organise your account by managing property details, mobilisation, estate contacts, devices, SOP configuration, and user permissions. |
Where did things go?
Instead of looking for the old product area, start with the task you want to complete:
New service names
Our four product names - Connect, Command, Perform, and Consult have been replaced with clearer service names that align more closely with industry standards, making them easier to recognise and understand:
- Perform becomes Mobile
- Connect becomes Systems
- Consult becomes Risk
