On Monday 3rd March at Midday we will be changing the login screen for the Chase Mobile App.
Please note:
- Accessing the app itself and the usernames and password will not change - the only difference is that operatives will see a new landing page when logging into the app.
- Once users have logged in via the new page they will automatically be taken to that page when they go on the app moving forward.
- When officers log in via the new page for the first time their username and password will not be saved but when it has be entered once it will be saved moving forward.
After midday on Monday please ask your officers to log out and back into the app via the new page, a video on how this will look is attached - see link at the bottom of the article.
- Please ensure that your team are using the correct username - this can be check via the users page on the partner management screen on Chase Web.
- You can also unlock and change passwords for the team yourselves via the users page. Guides on how to do this are below:
