The Chase app is available on both iOS and Android devices. It requires a minimum of iOS 11.0 or later or a minimum of Android 10.0 or later. The app can be downloaded from the following stores:

Update Android apps automatically
To automatically update apps on your Android device:
- Open the Google Play Store app
.
- Tap Menu
Settings.
- Tap Auto-update apps.
- Select an option:
- Auto update apps at any time to update apps using either Wi-Fi or mobile data.
- Auto-update apps over Wi-Fi only to update apps only when connected to Wi-Fi.
Note: If an account on your device has a sign-in error, apps may not update automatically.
Update individual Android apps automatically
To set up updates for individual apps on your device:
- Open the Google Play Store app
.
- Tap Menu
- Select the app you want to update.
- Tap More
.
- Check the box next to "Auto-update."
The app will update automatically when updates are available. To turn off automatic updates, uncheck the box.
Update your iOS apps manually
On your iPhone and iPad, apps you've downloaded from the App Store will be updated automatically by default. But if there's an issue, you can update an app manually.
How to update apps manually on your iPhone or iPad
- Open the App Store.
- Tap your profile icon at the top of the screen.
- Scroll to see pending updates and release notes. Tap Update next to an app to only update that app, or tap Update All.
