You may be required to access a site that has Smart Access enabled, the below guide and short video will guide you through how to operate a Smart Lock using the Chase mobile app.
- The job will be added to Chase by the Hub in the same way all jobs are added
- Once the job has been received you start the job as you normally would marking yourself as 'on site'
- In the top left of the Chase app there is an 'Activate Lock' button, press this button then choose 'Unlock', hold your phone to the lock wiating until the lock flashes green, you can then turn the lock to open the door.
- Please allow anywhere up to 30s between pressing the 'Activate Lock' button and the lock flashing green.
- If you are still having issues accessing the lock please call the Hub who can remotely activate the lock through Chase.
