If a change in job date/time is requested through our client portal, you can process these amendments in your service partner portal.
Accepting the amendment
- You will receive an email, explaining the requested amendments.
- Clicking the 'accept or deny amendment' button will take you to your Ops Controller screen.
- Select the relevant job, and click the 'Accept or Deny booking request' button
- Click 'accept'
Declining the amendment
- You will receive an email, explaining the requested amendments.
- Clicking the 'accept or deny amendment' button will take you to your Ops Controller screen.
- Select the relevant job, and click the 'Accept or Deny booking request' button
- Click 'Deny'
- You will be prompted for a reason.
- You are required to suggest at least one alternative day/time to complete the service
- The client will be automatically notified that you have not accepted the amendment, alongside the suggested alternative times. If the client wishes to proceed with the alternative suggestion, the client will submit a new amendment request.
