Once you have been registered as a Smart Access User by your administrator you will receive an email, prompting you to set a password and download our mobile application.
Once you have the app downloaded you will need to first log in using your email address that was used when your administrator created your account.
When you run the app for the first time, you will be prompted to 'register' your device to our service - You will receive an SMS with a code, which you'll need to enter into the provided prompt.
You should now be presented with the option to Begin Lock or Begin Unlock
Select the lock/unlock action as required, the next screen will ask you to place your device near the lock to activate it. You should tap the front of the lock with your phone to wake it from it's battery saving mode.
The lock should flash green and you will hear an electronic beep - You can now turn/operate the lock as required.
