- Sign in to the Smart Security Platform using your email address that is registered on our platform as your username
- Using the menu on the lefthand side navigate to 'Property' and in the sub-menu 'Device Details'
- Under 'Access Groups' in the main window click 'Add'
- You can specify which locks are associated with which groups.
- Once the new access group has been named select when the Smart Lock can be activated, you can either select one of the existing entries here such as office 9-5 or you can create a custom time using the calendar. Click Save, this may take a few minutes to process and your new access group is has been created.
