- Sign in to the Smart Security Platform using your email address that is registered on our platform as your username
- Using the menu on the lefthand side navigate to 'Property' and in the sub-menu 'Device Users'
- In the main window click 'Add' next to the search bar
- Complete the Device User Page
The email address field is required should the new user need access to the mobile app, an email will be sent with instructions on how to download the Smart Lock app for android/IOS devices. Please enter the mobile phone number of the user in the next field as this will be used when registering the device for use with the Smart Lock.
The 'Access Group' dropdown will contain the access groups linked to your doors. You can add the user to all access groups or just the individual Smart Locks they are required to have access to.
The 'Role dropdown' enables you to specify how the user can access the Smart Locks, either by a fob only, mobile app only or fob and mobile app.
The date fields at the bottom enable you determine how long the new user should be able to access the Smart Locks. Leave blank if this is permanent.
- Click 'Save' and your new user will now be registered on the portal
