Emergency Contacts listed against an asset are the numbers that we will call when we are requested to attend your alarm. You will receive an automated call from our system, explaining the address, the type and status of the alarm, and you will be asked if you would like us to attend. To ensure we are calling the right people, in the right order of priority, it is important keep your emergency contact lists for each asset up-to-date.
1. Login to our client portal www.keyholding.com/home/
2. Click 'Account and Sites' from the navigation menu
3. Click 'view/edit sites'
4. Search/click on the asset you wish to change
5. Update Emergency Contacts (including the 'emergency order').
