Emergency Contacts listed against an asset are the numbers that we will call when we are requested to attend your alarm. You will receive an automated call from our system, explaining the address, the type and status of the alarm, and you will be asked if you would like us to attend. To ensure we are calling the right people, in the right order of priority, it is important keep your emergency contact lists for each asset up-to-date.
1. Navigate to our Smart Security Platform
2. Click 'Properties' from the navigation menu
3. Click property you wish to make the emergency contact change
5. Update Emergency Contacts (including the 'emergency order').
